Geri has been dwelling in the question of nature for over thirty years, facilitating fulfilment of potential and freedom of expression within both the professional space of career development and the biodiverse habitat she calls home.

A certified executive coach and search professional, Geri led award-winning teams within a global consultancy, founded one of Vancouver’s most respected search firms, pioneered an international mentoring program, and has supported hundreds of professionals in navigating highly intentional career transitions.

In attending to nature, Geri works from the premise that we thrive where individual nature meets an environment conducive to full expression and brings her expertise to guiding the development of deeply rewarding careers congruent with intrinsic and extrinsic motivations.

She lives and works from her Salt Spring Island forest sanctuary shared with an abundance of wildlife and with her dear friend Libby, a Canadian Mare who has taught her much about freedom and what it means to thrive.
